Meet Lisa
Lisa's love of hair, beauty, health and fitness makes up every aspect of her life.

With over 30 years of experience working in family hair salons, Lisa opened 1409 in 2010 and has since become a local figure in Hertford.
​
Her meticulous attention to detail and drive to perfection in both running a business and styling hair have allowed Lisa to put together and train a talented team of 4 who have also mastered their craft.
​
Lisa's signature techniques, fun and friendly personality and fabulous 5-star customer skills, provide the most amazing styles. By listening to her clients as well as inputting her professional expertise Lisa's one-to-one approach allows clients to feel like they are in the comfort of their own homes.

Her love and passion for hair and people are the key to 1409.

Vicky has worked full-time at 1409 for over a decade and has been lucky enough to have been personally trained by Lisa. Having attended a selection of cutting and colouring courses with L'Oreal London, Vicky not only specialises in colouring but is a fabulous and talented stylist too! She enjoys all aspects of hairdressing and loves to look after her clients whilst in the salon giving advice and tips to help clients look after their hair at home so it always looks it's very best!

Combining her knowledge in hair as well as refining her techniques, Vicky ensures customer service is her top priority.
